COVID-19 Policy

We look forward to seeing you! We want to share a few important details regarding guidelines for your visit.

• Patients will be screened at check-in. Screening involves having your temperature taken and answering a few questions. If your temperature is over 100°F we will need to reschedule your appointment.
• Everyone entering the office is required to wear a mask or face covering. The only exception will be children under the age of 2. Should you arrive to the office without wearing a mask or protective covering, a member of our staff will kindly ask to reschedule your appointment.
• Please notify our office if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 OR in direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment.
• We kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat
  • Pink eye
• If you are going to be late to your appointment, we ask that you call to reschedule. We must minimize the number of people in the office at one time.

You will notice additional safety measures throughout the office. We realize that this requires more effort on your part as patients, but we hope you can appreciate and understand the measures we are taking during this phase of reopening.
